KENT Systems ability to offer high quality products for less is a direct result of manufacturing parts in an assortment of plastic mediums. Our primary plastic resources include a reinforced nylon, natural polypropylene, glass fill, acetal resin, and kynar resin. Reinforced nylon is the most cost effective of these plastics and happens to be extremely durable. When clients seek an aesthetically pleasing part due to external visibility our best solution is the natural polypropylene. This product has similar properties to the reinforced nylon except its appearance is sharper and a bit more expensive. For clients who are not pushing a high volume of fluid or pressure through their systems but still needs durable parts we suggest using glass fill. The last two options are acetal and kynar resins. These mediums are offered to clients who need to push harsh chemicals & byproducts through our components. Though these resources are costly, they have the most diverse chemical compatibility. If you have questions regarding what type of plastic would suite your needs, call our seasoned sales specialists today.
